The Amazing One program helps Haitian businesses maximize their online impact through grants and personalized support. Here are the detailed steps to submit your application:


Step 1 - Identify and prioritize needs

To ensure the success of your project, it is crucial to determine the specific aspects of your business activity to improve.


This includes:

  • Identifying your priority needs.

  • Analyzing competitors' practices.

  • Understanding the preferences and consumption habits of your target customers.

Step 2 - Preparation and submission of the application file for the microgrant

To apply for a grant from the Amazing One program, you must submit a file consisting of two documents:


  • The Excel form "Amazing One Grant Application".

  • The PDF file "Application Form_AmazingOne_Company Name", automatically generated from the Excel file.

  • Excel form "Amazing One Grant Application"

  • This document is structured in three sections accessible from the main menu:


    A) Company information

  • General information (type, size, sector of activity).

  • Contact information of the company and the person responsible.


    B) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

  • Demographic profile of the business owners.


    C) E-commerce project In this section, applicants must:

  • Identify the type of project from the following options:

  • Digital marketing strategy.

  • Website development or optimization.

  • Social media.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

  • Online Advertising.

  • Transactional Website.

  • Data Analysis.

  • Customer Loyalty.

  • Cybersecurity.

  • Describe the Project Elements:


Identify the Problem:

Summarize the current challenges related to your online business.


Analyze the Root Causes:

Explain the root causes of the identified problems.


Define the Objectives:

Make sure they are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound).


Propose Solutions:

Detail the actions to be implemented to resolve the identified problems.


Plan Project Activities:

List the necessary activities, with their cost, start and end dates.

Indicate the current and target values ​​of the performance indicators.
